Dinara is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly wants to help her patients. I go to her for acupuncture and I am very pleased with her unique approach to my treatment. Also, she often looks for new ways to help her patients by keeping up to date with research and new treatment methods. Her office is soothing, pleasant, and induces calm. Her manner of communicating, via phone or email, is very convenient; and I always receive a prompt response from her. She gives appointment reminders via email, and is mindful of your needs when scheduling your appointments.
Dinara is respectful, always attentive, and a good listener. She always helps me navigate different areas, such as nutrition, exercise, and self-care. I always leave my sessions with her with a sense of wellness knowing that the treatment I received was tailor made for me. Dinara is an excellent health care provider, and I am grateful for the collaborative effort that comprises my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Dinara Mirzakarimova.

I have been going to acupuncture for many years, and when it was time to find a new local acupuncturist I received a recommendation from a friend to go to Dr. Dinara Mirzakarimova. It's been over two years now, and I haven't looked back. I am always nervous to find a new practitioner, but Dinara made me feel at ease right away and is always ready to meet you where you are and work alongside your other doctors/treatments. Dinara is not only warm and compassionate, but her treatments have radically reduced my stress and headaches (alongside many other things!!) My other doctors even notice the difference, and encourage me to keep up my acupuncture. I completely trust Dinara, and she's been with me through many health/life challenges and helped me get through the pandemic (she had rigorous protocols to make sure her patients were safe throughout COVID). Over the last year I have referred several people to her for stress, fertility, and arthritis, and everyone has been grateful for my recommendation. I hold a very high standards for my care, and Dr. Dinara Mirzakarimova exceeds all of them.

I immediately felt comfortable and in the hands of an excellent Dr. on my first visit. The office is extremely clean, efficient and professional. I am now a regular patient and am always treated with dignity and compassion. I feel that Dinara asks questions to get to the heart of the matter and knows exactly how to treat it. She has helped me mentally, spiritually and physically.

Dr Dinara is the best Accupuncturist I have ever used! She is pleasant, very knowledgeable, and highly skilled! She administers cups and needles in all the right places to alleviate my pain. Highly recommend!

I received acupuncture treatment from Dinara for several months to address a series of ailments. Dinara is a very knowledgeable acupuncturist that can very effectively treat pretty much any condition. The cleanliness at her office is fantastic and I always felt very safe in terms of Covid. She is very kind and attentive and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for one of the BEST acupuncturists in the metro DC area.

I have had sciatic nerve pain, trouble sleeping, and high anxiety for years now, and nothing I had previously tried had worked - or it was only a temporary fix. After almost a year of doing acupuncture with Dr. Dinara, I have seen a vast improvement in all three of these areas, along with other things I hadn't even known were connected. I highly recommend Dr. Dinara to anyone who is interested in acupuncture and alternative medicine - she is very professional and does an extensive intake process and consistent check-ins before each session to make sure all concerns are being addressed.

I've been receiving acupuncture from Dr. Dinara Mirzakarimova for over a year now and am really impressed. She is helpful, attentive, and professional at every visit and I felt results from her treatments right away. It's a bonus that she makes scheduling and navigating insurance so easy. I've been to other acupuncturists before and Dr. Mirzakarimova stands out - she provides wonderful care and I highly recommend her!

Dinara is very professional and her bedside manner is topnotch. I always leave her office relaxed and feeling much better. I have been seeing her for a while now and I have noticed that my allergy has become manageable and my back pain is gone.

I have been going to Dinara for about 3 or 4 years. She is amazing. She totally helped me rehabilitate after knee replacement surgery. She has worked on my immune system throughout the pandemic. She has also been working on my allergies and they are minimal after 30 years of suffering. I can’t sing her praises high enough. She can help you change your life.

Dinara is a health care provider. First, she's very efficient with scheduling and payment. When I arrive, she's always ready for me. The room has been cleaned and prepped. She invites me in and we discuss the care needed and she is able to tailor the session to exactly what I need each time I go. Her rooms are clean, comfortable, and conducive to creating a calm/healing environment needed. Dinara listens intently to what I'm saying and responds to each subject with a depth of wisdom that is so helpful. I absolutely recommend seeing her.

Dr. Dinara always asks great questions about lifestyle and gives wonderful tips to improve wellness in all areas of health. She is prompt, has great bedside manners and is good with follow up. I came to her with a few aches and sores and after a few months I’m seeing a world of improvement in range of motion and the pain I was experiencing.

I have been seeing Dinara Mirzakarimova for almost three years initially about insomnia and eventually about high intracranial pressure. I simply cannot recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly experienced and kind. Her approach is holistic, adaptive, informative, and professional. When I recommend her to people in my own life, I call her the beginning of an upward spiral. I'd recommend her for pain, insomnia, stress, and women's issues in particular, but I feel certain she would address any issues well. She is a gift!
