Dr. Dinash Yanamadula earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed internships at both Temple University Hospital and Frankford Hospital. He then pursued a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious University of Chicago/Schwab Rehabilitation Hospital.
Dr. Yanamadula furthered his education by completing a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management and Sports Medicine at Comprehensive Spine and Sports Medicine of Hawaii, where he served as Chief Fellow. His multidisciplinary approach caters to each individual in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. He has successfully treated thousands of patients, relieving them of pain without the need for surgery. Dr. Yanamadula’s special interests include low back pain, neck pain, nerve pain, and the diagnosis and treatment of joint pain.
At Riverview Pain and Spine Institute, many different modalities are utilized, ranging from medication management to optimize pain relief, to implementing physical therapy programs tailored to each individual’s condition. If these modalities are not effective, minimally invasive procedures may be considered. Should these treatments also prove insufficient, Dr. Yanamadula will make every effort to guide you toward the appropriate next steps for further care.

I felt extremely comfortable in the office. more like a member of a family being taken care of then a patient. I cannot express how much I appreciate the kindness of everyone in the office Dr. Dinash Yanamadula took the time to listen to me and hear out everything that was wrong with me from my perspective. I didn't feel rushed or ignored by him, like I have with so many other doctors in the past. He also didn't just jump straight to sending me back to physical therapy like I have done so many times before he helped me create a plan for taking steps to deal with things one step at a time. I finally feel like my pain is going to not control me any more, but I have a chance at being in control again. A huge thank you to this entire office, even after one visit, I am so happy to have found my new pain management care family

I saw Dr Yanamadula for the first time a yesterday. I have been to A LOT of doctors and I have a hard time trusting them. I can tell you that I trust this doctor more than any doctor I have seen. He is very confident and after seeing him yesterday for the first time I saw him today and was able to get a procedure done. That is unheard of!!! Anyone who has severe chronic pain knows the feeling of being controlled by a doctor or doctors. They control if you will get your medicine, they control any type of plans you want to make because it is always on there time and everything takes forever to get things done. Not with Dr Yanamadula!!! I just want him to know how grateful I am for his help and I look forward to having him as my pain management specialist!! 5 stars easily!

He's an excellent doctor and really take the time to listen his patients. He absolutely knows what he's talking about his education it is fabulous and he really really makes you feel like he's part of your family not in the sense of family but in the sense that he takes the time to listen like a family member would except he's a doctor. his methods are great and he's cautious for the right reasons. it's a beautiful facility and very clean and the nurses are absolutely wonderful and compassionate

First time patient. Arrived and went to the window to check in and I was told to have a seat after I gave my name and appointment time. 50 minutes later.... I still hadn't been seen so I went back to the front desk and the other women there had no idea that I'd arrived or had been waiting. So much for communication! The patient manager and the other two women were very apologetic and kind, which was nice but by the time I actually got into see the dr, it was almost 1.5 hours after my appointment time. Sigh. The doctor himself was lovely and I'm hopeful that I will be able to manage my headaches under his care.

The reason I am able to sit here and write this testimonial is because of Dr. Yanamadula. I came to see him for sciatica. Because of his thoroughness in assessment and diagnosis, he discovered the real reason for my pain was a tumor. He took the time to understand and review my symptoms. He didn't rush to prescribe lond term medications or procedures. Lots of doctors are too quick to treat without fully understanding the why. I am indebted to Dr. Y. for helping me. Even though he couldn't immediately treat me until I went to my oncologist, he assured me that he was available if I needed him. The office even called me to check in. Princeton Pain and Spine really cares!

I walked in on a Monday with a referral from my rheumatologist, made an appointment on that Wednesday morning at 8:00am. The staff worked hard to accommodate my work schedule and my pain symptoms. The goal to make me feel better is obvious from the very beginning, even before meeting Dr. Yanamadula. He helped my shoulder pain so quickly. Even if I had to wait longer to see him, it would be worth the wait.

In addition to providing me with great medical care that addressed my neck pain, Dr. Yanamadula was a great liaison between my primary care physician and other specialists. He made sure that everyone was on the same page when it came to treating my neck.

I met Dr. Yanamadula when I accompanied my mother to his office. I was curious to meet him because my mother was raving about how sharp he was with diagnosing her problem. Other specialists pushed surgery after failed medication trials. Dr. Yanamadula was able to treat my mother's back pain to the point where she was not in constant pain anymore. He was clear and considerate in his plan to help my mother. I was impressed and grateful. I chose to see Dr. Yanamadula myself for some nagging knee pain myself because if he could help my mother, I know he could help me.

Alyssa and Lissette are so hreat! They make the patients feel welcome and comfortable. It is actually nice to call this office and speak to medical staff who are polite and professional. These ladies always are so willing to help. They make a good team with Dr. Yanamadula.

I was so frustrated and in a lot of pain when I came to Dr. Yanamadula. My back pain caused me to overcompensate and caused additional hip and knee pain. I was so irritated, skeptical and hopeless. Dr. Yanamadula was immediately compassionate and understanding. In only a few visits I was back to feeling better than I was feeling. He successfully addressed each area of pain. I was pleasantly surprised. He also gave me at home exercises to improve my back strength. It wasn't only about injections. Dr. Yanamadula is definitely the right choice for people with back pain.

I told Dr. Yanamadula that I needed to work and could not afford to miss days because of my back pain. Not only did the Alyssa and Lissette fit me in so quickly, Dr. Y tackled my back pain. Dr. Y gave me a whole plan for how he would help me and how I could continue to feel better. He has a beautiful and clean procedure suite in his office. I did not need to go elsewhere to have my procedure. I felt so secure with choosing Dr. Y. to help me because he was so knowledgeable. I didn't tell him that my daughter was med-surge nurse. When I told her about consult and plan with Dr. Y., she was impressed. I feel so much better and have referred many of my friends to Dr. Yanamadula. Thank you so much Dr. Y.!
