I am comfortable meeting patients where they are with many diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, behavioral disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, bipolar and mood disorders, anger management, and sleep disorders. My approach My approach is grounded in integrity, professionalism, and empathy. I deliver evidence-based care personalized to each individual. I work closely with patients to develop treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and supported throughout your mental health journey. My communication style I create an open and safe space for patients to express their thoughts and feelings while providing supportive and constructive feedback. I always ensure that patients feel comfortable having an open dialogue with me. We talk to each other, not at each other. My journey to mental healthcare I initially started as an intake nurse at a local inpatient psychiatric hospital as a side job, but it soon became a passion of mine to help people when they were unable to help themselves. I truly believe that what we do as mental health providers makes a difference, and if one person's life is improved, it drives me to continue this work.
