Patient reviews
Quick and efficient once seen. Long wait time but it was a Sunday and it was nice he has Sunday office hours. Few doctors do.
Overbooks, waited for exactly 2 hours, only to be quickly seen and rushed through a overly confident and arrogant diagnosis.
Excellent thorough evaluation and saw things my previous doctor missed
He helped me with my problem. He seems to be very knowledgeable and professional
Very efficient and professional. Asked questions about other problems.
The doctor appeared in his office at 4 :15 pm , and my appointment was made for 2 pm.
He is an excellent doctor. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient.
Very professional my appointment was 3:30 they called my name 6:30
Doctor maybe knows his craft,he seems snobby guy who disrespects his clients
Very good & detailed doctor Took his time to explain everything
The visit was thorough and well pointed.
Doctor was late stuck in traffic waited for over an hour. Then when doctor came in didnt even apologize for making us wait so long.
Even though I was a few minutes late I wasn’t waiting too long in the lobby. Within five minutes I was getting my mole removed that I’ve hated my whole life. It was painless, quick, and easy! He’s very professional and explained things very clearly to me.
i was trying to break the ice with conversation she just told his assistant what to do and asked me why the visit? I told him i needed to get the extra skin off from under my armpits hes good because he does his job but it would be nice if he talks more
Upside is that the doctor did prescribe a medication that has effectively treated my severe eczema. However, I was forced to wait over an hour to see the doctor with no explanation from staff whatsoever. Bedside manner left something to be desired.
He listened to concerns and was very thorough.
He was very good and also very skilled
Dr. Dmitry was highly skilled and thorough in his treatment, explanations, answers to my numerous questions, check up. I never felt rushed and felt cared for. He might be a little socially awkward for some, but for me, I like when doctors go straight to the point and actually perform a complete check up and explain with clarity what is happening. Professional! Definitely recommend! I did wait 90 mns before seeing him without explanation from the front staff, who seemed a bit overworked.
Avoid this Dr at all cost! I went to Dr. Khasak to look at a skin issue on my face. It was Sunday and my normal dermatologist wasn’t available so I made an appointment. The Dr didn’t see for 90 min , when I finally did see him. He ask me to remove my cloths so he could check my body... even though I was in for something on my face. He found an atypical mole on my back and informed me that this could be a melenoma and I should have it biopsied. I declined and decided to visit my normal Dermatologist. I explained the story to my normal Dr and he was able to name Dr Dmitry Khasak by name from just what I told him. He told me he is notorious for doing this sort of thing and he can recognize one of Dr Khasak’s patients when they walk in with their back full of scars from multiple biopsies. Upon reading more reviews , I came across more people with similar stories. Stay away at all cost.
I think the nurse needs to slow down she speed around the office and she says like one word to you and walks off the doctor was good he checked me and then did what i asked i got my skin tags off the big ones and i have a follow up valentines day hopefully ill get in get seen and get the rest off
Office is busy, but it going fast, i liked the Doctor, he was very nice and was explaining everything, i liked his methods and professionalism!!! Office is very nice and clean !
My visit with Dr Dmitry was ok
Truly horrible experience. I took off of work for this appointment which was at 2:45pm. At 3:30 I ask the receptionist how much longer I will have to wait, she replied "considering he won't show up to this office until after 4:15, awhile, in case you want to step out. He's always very late." So in addition to being scheduled for a time 2 hours BEFORE THE DOCTOR EVEN PLANS TO BE AT THE OFFICE, no receptionist notified me either before or during my being there. The high level of disrespect by this doctor is disgusting.
The Doctor was very knowledgeable in his specialty. I would recommend him to those in need of dermatology, the most important of this Doctor is take his time with you.
I have had an app scheduled for 2 pm. I came and registered on time and sit to wait. 40 mins later I came to a front desk to check where is my doctor and I was told that he will COME TO THE OFFICE AT 3:30 pm (hour and 30 mins later than my app) . Insane. Won’t recommend to anybody who respect their time.
The office was very nice and clean, the staff were professional and kind. Dr KASAK was very good at giving me a regimen and being gentle with his assessment. Your skin is your appearance so people being kind and taking time and care with you about your skin is very important. He gave me a few prescriptions and I am excited about my results
I wouldn’t go back.
He listened checked everything detailed
Dont go there!!! My appointment was 3:20pm i waited till 5:30 pm and there were still people ahead of me. Waste of time! No respect at all
He comes in at 3:45 and 10 people already waiting. Had a 4:00 apt and there were 9 people before me still at 5:20. Do the math.
Excellent Doctor
were bad
Front staff pleasant but the Dr was very rude, spoke to both me and the staff like he is the only one witha brain. He stated I may not get the script filled because so i asked what drug is this, he stated Iam not a dermatologist so I wouldn't know!
The office is very busy but still quite efficient. The doctor is professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions, performed some procedures, gave recommendations. That was worth the wait.
Spent over an hour waiting. 2 hours at the office overall. Doctor gave me 10 min of his time max. The problem I came in with still unsolved.
Great doctors However I had a 2PM appointment and the doctor didn't arrive still 3:25 that was a almost 1.5 hour wait and he didn't even acknowledge that. I found it a bit disrespectful of the patience time. However his services was ok
The Best Dermatologist in the world. Very thorough and easy to communicate with. Don't waste your time going to any other doctor for your skin care needs. I highly recommend Dr Dmitry Khasak he is the best dermatologist. He is worth the wait....
I've been to Dermatologists before but never to one like Dr. Khasak. He checked me out, literally, from head to toes.I have complete confidence in him and his very attentive staff. Outstanding visit.
Our appointment time was scheduled for 2 p.m. , we were there on time. Doctor appeared in the office just at 3:00 p.m. did not even apologies. They called us just a 4:30 p.m. Unbelievable... very, very disappointed.
I would not go back here. Not necessarily because of Dr. Khasak, who seemed fine, but because of the disorganized, unprofessional office. During both visits, the desk staff were talking on their cell-phones, eating, and could barely be bothered to check me in. And there seems to be a plethora of them! I had a follow-up appointment scheduled at 1:00p.m. where I was supposed to receive the results of a biopsy. I showed up early for the appointment and waited for nearly an hour before asking how much longer the wait would be. I was then informed that the doctor wasn't even there yet, wouldn't be there for another hour, and there was a long line of patients waiting in front of me. When I asked how it was possible that my appointment was scheduled for 1 when the doctor wasn't even in for another hour and a half, the receptionist, between bites of pizza, said, "They shouldn't have scheduled you at 1." No apology. No explanation and SHE was the one who scheduled the follow-up. I asked to just get my results and leave but was told the doctor had to give them to me in person. Which means I had to reschedule an appointment to come back to this dingy, unprofessional office yet again, not to mention waiting another week for biopsy results, which is nerve-wracking. I ended up here because they have appointments on Sundays and I needed to see someone rather urgently, but I would recommend waiting and finding another doctor.
Excellent Doctor
This doctor is despicable. He has the worst bedside manner. He walked in and said "Did you know you have lupus?" Who does that?? He also had no idea what he was talking about. It turned out (after huge emotional distress and many tests) that I do not have lupus. He also painfully popped my zits, leaving scars.
He was very nice with me. And I absolutely appreciated the thorough exam , including skin cancer screen. Nowadays, very few Drs do it. I am extremely puzzled at all the bad reviews here though.
Great doctor, just a long waiting period.
Very pleased with the professional care of the doctor and the staff. I would highly recommend this doctor. The wait time was long but the care I received from the doctor was worth the wait. Very through treatment..
This doctor knows what he's doing. It's a shame that I don't - which is to say that little information was offered about re: my condition or how to use the prescriptions I was handed. This Doctor does, however, know what he's doing. He's good and my main complaints are based around his excessive zeal for efficiency, and the fact that little was explained to me about the condition that I have. I was able to figure it out from reading about the meds that were prescribed to me on the internet. I'll go back, but this time I'll have a list of questions to ask the doc in during the 7 minutes that I will be in his presence....and have a book with me to kill the two hour wait time....because I do think he knows what he's doing. Just be aware that his bedside manner does not include offering up information, unless you know enough about your condition to ask a detailed question.
Very through and professional
It was my first time at this facility and first impression always matters. The wait time was awful. My appointment was 1:20 got there 1:25 didn't see the doc until 4:00. Was considering using the dentist at the same facility but I may not because of this.
if you going to see this doctor you have to know that there is minimum of 2 hours wait list, but doctor seems to be pretty professional and on the point. Also if you are allergic to Russian babushkas look for other office .
Great
