“Dr. Cozien was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He listened to my issue and gave me great feedback. The staff were all very nice and friendly as well.
For people complaining about wait time- the wait was about average for any doctor. However, when I was looking for a neurologist, the doctors I was referred to all had at least 2 month and some up to 5 month wait times. I was able to get this appointment fairly quickly, so half an hour waiting in the office seems like nothing.
I am genuinely glad to have found such a treasure in South Brooklyn!”

My appointment was 11:30 and now its 12:30 and still waiting for them to call my name. Unfriendly staff, inside was totally packed no where to sit. Not recommended.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Despite showing them my appointment confirmation from Zocdoc, they claimed to have no record of it. They then insisted that Zocdoc provides an authorization number for visits—something I know is false. I've been using Zocdoc for nearly 10 years and have never once been asked to provide an authorization number. Instead of taking accountability, they acted as if I was the one who was misinformed, when in reality, it was clear they didn’t know what they were doing. I was not seen for my appointment, and the entire experience cost me both time and money traveling to and from the location. Completely unacceptable.
