I arrived at 3:18. My appointment was at 3:00 pm. Parking was difficult. Signage was poor. Because I was past the 15-minute window, they refused to see me. I made a monumental effort to be there, and I felt it was unfair to send me away like that. I expressed this to the receptionist and explained that the buildings are not marked, and “Suite 300” is nowhere on the buildings to notify patients, but it did not seem to make a difference. I was near tears because I have very limited availability to see a doctor because I’m a teacher. The next available appointment was not until October which is no help at all when you have pain in your ear and are experiencing hearing loss.
