I received my doctoral degree from the University of Denver in Human Developmental & Counseling Psychology. My passion lies in helping people navigate through anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship conflicts. I primarily work with adults and couples, and I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we work together to find the best path forward for you. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Mindfulness-Based, Cognitive, Transpersonal, and Internal Family Systems Models of therapy. I also bring an Integral (comprehensive) and Developmental perspective to my work with individuals, relationships, and groups. I firmly believe that everyone possesses an inner Healing Intelligence that, when listened to and allowed to 'speak,' can provide the wisdom needed for healing and growth. Currently, I am in the process of becoming certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy, which I believe holds great promise for many individuals seeking deeper healing. On a personal note, I am happily married to an amazing woman and a proud father of a son, two daughters, and two grandchildren. I meditate daily, am an avid bicyclist, and enjoy hiking and dancing the Argentine tango. I also participate in a regular Integral Life Practice group, which helps me stay accountable for my wellness and growth practices, both in my work and family life.
