“The doctor was fine. He was very quick and smooth. It was good. The doctor said he would give a referral to another doctor, but he did not, or the front desk did not have the information of the referral either. The doctor was unreachable. I asked for the X-ray report, but the front desk said I have to make an online request for that. It made no sense why I had to do that when I was present. Normally, I receive all my reports right at the front desk at other offices. Overall i would give3.5 stars. ”

The assistants and nurses at this location are not very welcoming or friendly. They don't listen. The doctor as well is fast and not clear - does not show interest in my problem - does not demonstrate concern and care. Very cold people in general.
I will have to find another doctor for a second opinion.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was taken immediately and we went over my chart. Then I was whisked away for some x-rays. After that, Dr. Chuang came in and ran a battery of tests with me. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and drew out the layout of my injury and explained everything in detail.
Would highly recommend him if you have any ailments!

Saw Dr Chuang for epicondylitis and he and the entire practice are superb. The staff took an X-ray to ensure no bone or other hidden damage, and Dr explained the genesis of the condition as well as reviewed every treatment option and his opinion on their effectiveness, debunking myths along the way. What a difference between such a specialist vs my PCP

I had a great experience with Dr. Chuang. The office was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen a little before my scheduled appointment. The entire visit, including X-rays & early arrival took only 45 minutes.
Dr. Chuang was fantastic - efficient, knowledgeable, and to the point. He was also very relatable which made explaining my issue easier because he understood the workouts I do.
Highly recommend! I’ll be back if needed.
