Office was very helpful and proactive about calling—and then emailing and, when that didn’t work, texting—me to make sure all my insurance information was submitted and (digital) paperwork was filled out. The appointment itself was good too. The doctor listened and put me at ease (as at ease as I can be put at this point) and sent me in the right direction with how to proceed next. I’m not exactly sure where to look for my prescriptions but the website does make it pretty easy to reach out and ask.”
