“My experience today with this office and Dr. Woolfolk was great!
I called the office to let them know I’d miss my appointment time (I was struggling to find parking), they then moved me to a different time (30 mins later) and as soon as I sat down to fill out my paperwork I was being called to the back.
Dr. Woolfolk was very thorough and didn’t rush my exam at all, even ordered an ultrasound to be sure of anything she may have felt when checking my uterus. (Btw there will be 1-2 students in the room during your Pap smear)
The ultrasound was also thorough and surprisingly relaxing! The lights were dim and I was able to see everything on the TV. Although I didn’t understand what I was looking at, I liked not having it hidden. Turns out I have a fibroid the size of a nickel, thank God she requested the ultrasound!
I was skeptical coming here because I was influenced solely from the reviews but I’m so glad I came! Dr. Woolfolk is very warm and welcoming and eager to clarify!”

About Dr. Donna Woolfolk
Dr. Donna Woolfolk has spent more than two decades providing obstetrical and gynecological care to over 50,000 women. She specializes in the management and treatment of normal and high-risk pregnancies. Her practice offers patient-oriented solutions for problem periods, pelvic pain, and other gynecological concerns. She provides well-woman evaluations while utilizing state-of-the-art screening for cervical, breast, uterine, and ovarian cancer. Dr. Woolfolk takes extra time to counsel, educate, and care for adolescents transitioning from their pediatricians to their first encounters with a gynecologist.
A graduate of the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree, Dr. Woolfolk earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch. One of her greatest strengths as a physician is her ability to communicate and identify with her patients. She understands their fears, anxieties, and joys because shortly after entering private practice, she became a mother of six. These firsthand experiences have given her the ability to empathize with the many challenges women face daily. Dr. Woolfolk puts patients at ease by addressing their concerns in a down-to-earth, homespun manner reflective of her small-town East Texas roots.
