I do work with teenagers through to the elderly, specializing in Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, BIPOLAR, SCHIZOPHRENIA, STRESS, etc. Effective communication is the cornerstone of my practice. I strive to foster a therapeutic environment where patients feel safe, heard, and valued. I am committed to active listening, ensuring that I fully understand my patients' concerns, goals, and experiences. My communication style is open, transparent, and supportive, encouraging patients to engage actively in their care. By building strong, trusting relationships, I empower patients to express themselves authentically and participate meaningfully in their treatment planning.
