About Dr. Douglas Hamilton
Dr. Douglas Hamilton is a nationally recognized cosmetic dermatologist with offices near Los Angeles in Beverly Hills & Woodland Hills. Dr. Hamilton specializes in a full range of non-invasive cosmetic procedures designed to rejuvenate and enhance your appearance.
A graduate of the Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, Dr. Hamilton completed an internship at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles and residencies at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Pathology (Dermatopathology).
In 2003, Dr. Hamilton was named to two prestigious committees of the American Society for Dermatological Surgery (ASDS): the Special Task Force on Branding and the New Technologies Committee. He has been named chairperson of the New Technologies Committee for 2009-2010. The ASDS is comprised of dermasurgeons who are international luminaries in the area of non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including lasers and filler substances. Such fillers are commonly used in lip augmentation and skin rejuvenation in Dr. Hamilton's Beverly Hills and Los Angeles-area Woodland Hills offices.

would not recommend, Dr does not listen to you and just had one diagnosis stuck in his head and went with it. I did not argue with him i just agreed and left, will get another opinion that actually makes sense elsewhere.

The suggested treatment seemed rather standard, which raises questions about whether my prescription would vary based on the underlying cause. It left me feeling like I was in a business transaction rather than receiving genuine healthcare.

Doctor was personable and knowledgeable. I needed two suspicious moles removed and biopsied, it went quick, I was in and out. No pain, very fast. Physicians assistant was also very nice. I was checked out from the front desk quickly.

I was called in about 15 minutes after my appointment and was placed in a room. I then waited about 15 more minutes, saw someone. Waited more..etc. But everyone was nice and knowledgable!

My visit with the doctor was very short, but he answered every question I had. He also educated me on my condition. He is very knowledgeable. I actually went to him for a second opinion and wish I went to him first. I wouldn't of had to waste my time going to two doctors, because he is very active in current research and let me know ALL my options.

I needed an injection for acne and his hands shook uncontrollably before giving me the injection. I had to stop him and leave without getting it. Very scary. With that said, he was nice?

I came in for a treatment and I waited 2 hours!! Nobody should wait that long! He barely looked at me face, didn't tell me the cost of it before the treatment, and just left after without telling me any instuctions! I had to ask for it. I thought he was very rude.
