I often draw from trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and elements of cognitive behavioral therapy to guide my clinical decision-making and support lasting change. My communication style My communication style is calm, steady, and patient. I create a space where you feel safe to speak openly, without pressure or judgment. Sessions are collaborative and paced to fit your comfort level, allowing room for thoughtful reflection and honest conversation. My goals for you I approach goal setting as a collaborative process, working with you to identify what meaningful change looks like. Goals are tailored to your values, life circumstances, and readiness for change. I aim to keep goals realistic, flexible, and supportive of long-term progress. Our first session Our first session will be a 60-minute evaluation where we'll discuss your concerns, explore any applicable diagnoses, and develop treatment recommendations together.
