Affordable and quality care
Got my prescription changed and it's actually working now. I feel like I have a much better handle on my mental health day-to-day and can always reach out to have another appointment quickly if I need more hand on help. The fact that I can schedule an appointment and be seen so quickly is a big plus here and I think it makes it appealing in the long term

Eddyfay is so sweet and supportive. She truly listens and does not push hard but gets you to open up on your own with no judgments. I think she can tell topics you are uncomfortable with and finds ways to get you to discuss or move on if you are not ready. She listened to my concerns about medication and is honest about possible or future possible side effects to look out for. Highly recommend!
During initial consultation she seemed to care but everything else has been traumatic, and caused harm. She does not send in prescriptions, she sends in the incorrect ones (as confirmed by CVS), she gets basic information such as date of birth and address entered incorrectly (e.g., genesight orders don’t get delivered), she is very disorganized and forgetful. Every time I thought we had a plan in session, it changed completely because there was no follow through in between sessions (eg prescribing correct medication in a timely way and because she forgot). She also forgets the treatment plan and so there is a lot of labor on the patient’s end to remind her and re-start. My partner also saw her due to short wait time but they experienced the exact same problems and cancelled future sessions. I see other reviews that mention similar issues, I am very disappointed that I didn’t read them before starting.

She’s a great listener and definitely makes you feel heard/seen. But the communication after the initial appointment was not great. I had several issues with my prescriptions not being filled correctly on her side of things and was left with nothing to treat my mental health even after reaching out to her. This was all really disappointing considering I really liked her. Due to bad communication I will not see her again.
Best psychiatrist I have ever had. She truly cares for you and wants the best treatment that can be provided for you. Nothing more I can ask for from a doc. She should absolutely be a role model for everyone in her field!
