IMPORTANT: Thriveworks cannot provide services to clients with Medicaid coverage. If you have Medicaid, please contact your plan directly to find an in-network provider. For all other insurance plans, Thriveworks will verify your benefits after you book through Zocdoc. If verification isn't completed before your visit, you'll be charged our self-pay rate of $200 for that session. AFTER YOU BOOK: Complete these steps to avoid cancellation or being switched to self-pay. 1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts. 2. If using insurance, upload clear photos of the front and back of your insurance card. 3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions. CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee. I'm a bilingual psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who believes mental health care should feel personal, collaborative, and judgment-free. I provide both medication management and psychotherapy, allowing us to address your mental health from a whole-person perspective. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and panic. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and welcome clients from all backgrounds, including those seeking culturally responsive care in either language. MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. Controlled substances, including ADHD stimulants, are available only in select states.
