He listened and recommended I see a different therapist that could better suit my needs. If your looking for meds then he can help you out but if your like myself and would like a path with no meds then speak up and say that.

First-time patient. I had the first appointment of the day (9:00am) and wanted to change from in-person to telehealth visit. Doctor contacted me an hour before the appointment time to ask about my insurance information, and was able to accommodate my request for a virtual visit. We used google meet and I was in and out between 8:50 and 9:00am. Efficient!
I did not feel rushed, and am grateful for Dr Franks flexibility and responsiveness.

This provider is awesome. He is available upon your arrival to appointment, patiently listened to my concerns, address my health needs, and followed up with me. He is the type of Dr. you needed when your health issue is stable and when in crisis.

The team was very professional and attentive to both my physical and emotional need. The environment was clean, soothing and reassuring. I was attended to within 15 minutes of my arrival, by highly professional and empathetic staff. I could not ask for a better mental health facility.
