What is your typical process for working with clients?
Willow Health provides short term virtual crisis care for individuals in mental health crises. Our team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurse practitioners, and certified peers create personalized care plans, offering 24/7 crisis support during your time in our program.
Our services are short term in nature, lasting up to 12 weeks depending on your needs. This means that at the end of your time with us, we’ll make sure you’re connected to ongoing care and support to continue your recovery outside of Willow Health.
Getting started is simple. You can schedule an initial assessment as soon as today virtually, from the comfort of your home. Your first meeting will last about 90 minutes. You’ll talk with a therapist and a psychiatrist or psychiatric NP who will help design a treatment plan that works for you. Depending on your needs, your care may include medication management, therapy (including specialized support for thoughts of self harm) and care management. Our Crisis Program is structured as a personalized IOP and includes medication management, multiple sessions of therapy per week, and the option to join up to three group therapy sessions per week. All of this is offered alongside individual recovery coaching with a peer specialist, as well as care management to ensure a smooth transition in treatment upon completion of the program.
