Dr. Burns is an Arizona-licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor (NMD). She received her training from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she graduated in the top of her class. In addition to her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, she also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Pre-med from the University of Delaware and, a master’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
Dr. Burns is passionate about her profession and is committed to helping others achieve wellness and vitality in their lives. My visit with Dr. Burns was excellent. She was professional and courteous. I appreciate how thoroughly she asked questions regarding my headaches and migraines. She seems very knowledgeable about them. She even offered some suggestions to alleviate them which have brought relief to some of her other medical marijuana patients who also suffer from headaches and migraines.
Dr. Burns also made the application process very simple by using the Klara app. We communicated through Klara and she was always quick to respond to my inquires.
I recommend her to anyone looking for a medical marijuana doctor. I hope she is still in business when it is time for me to renew my card.

Dr. Burns is a truly exceptional doctor. What I appreciate most is her thoughtful and patient-centered approach to care. She’s actively involved in developing a treatment plan for my mom who has dementia, yet never rushes into aggressive interventions. Instead, Dr. Burns begins treatments slowly and adjusts as needed, always keeping my mom’s comfort and overall health in mind.
Her responsiveness is remarkable—whether it’s a follow-up question or a new concern, she replies quickly and thoroughly. Most importantly, she takes the time to truly listen. Every interaction feels like a collaborative conversation, where my concerns for my mom’s health are carefully evaluated and respected.
I feel fortunate to have found a doctor who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. I highly recommend!

Dr. Elaine is knowledge, accessible and though. Appointments are easily scheduled. She reviewed my bloodwork and made sure I had the right product and right formula. She checks in with me regularly to see how I’m feeling and coming along. She also addressed some potential side effects (of which I had none) and supplied an Rx and a natural remedy information upfront just in case I needed them. I’ve started month 2 and have steady results without worries and overthinking. It’s a blessing and so is she. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
