“I arrived at 9:40 am for my 10:00 am new patient appointment and wasn’t called back until about 10:30, so the wait was a bit longer than I would’ve liked. That said, Dr. Danial is very knowledgeable and I really appreciated that she didn’t push unnecessary testing or treatments like I’ve experienced with other providers. She gave me multiple options for relief instead of immediately pushing expensive custom orthotics, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, including exercises. She’s not there to be your best friend—she’s there to do her job and help you, and she does exactly that. I appreciated how direct and to the point she is.”

Front desk staff was rude in my opinion. She was on the phone when we first entered. I saw the sign in sheet and filled it out. A few moments later another patient came in and signed in after us. She was acknowledged and called back first. The nurse that was on the phone never acknowledged me or said that she would be with me in a moment or anything. The second nurse that did attend to me was pleasant and the doctor also. Undecided if I’ll return just off the behavior of the first nurse. She even had the audacity when opening the door for the patient that came in after us to tell me I smelled good. You could say that but couldn’t muster up an hello??? Needless to say I wasn’t happy and I’m sure my face said it all, but the second nurse and doctor changed my demeanor.

I loved that she explained to me the process and what to expect and what needed to be done and not just assumed of what it was

My experience was a bittersweet one. I went there due to having pain in and around my ankles for standing prolonged hours due to work. I was able to get a reasonable accommodation for addtl breaks. But when my employer told me to get intermittent leave as a job protection this doctor refused to do so and said that she only honors those requests if patients had surgery. Intermittent leave is to protect me due to me not having enough sick leave. I'm only parttime at where I work but she refuse to understand that. And not only that just to complete paperwork outside of her office is an addtl fifty out of pocket. She is more about profit over patients and that just don't sit right with me. Even my bosses' told me to go elsewhere and to never return back to her. I went there thinking she was going to be my main foot doctor to see on the regular but instead, I will be taking my issues elsewhere with a doctor who is more considerate and compassionate about their patients needs.

visit and treatment went well but plan on unexpected fees they were not mentioned through insurance added on to copay and request prior before for treatment explicit ask for full expense ,out of pocket to be prepared to pay

Pleasant young doctor. But not worth waiting for 2 hours to see. I filled everything online but they wanted info again. They could have told me much earlier that they were running so late. I didnt learn anything new but at least was able to get some orthopedics paid through hsa.
Dr Danial was my 4th doctor to visit with my swollen and painful foot which I’ve had for nearly three weeks. Dr Danial readily diagnosed my foot problem with a follow up MRI and lab work. Dr Danial put me in a foot restraint (not sure if that’s the correct word) and provided me an insert for my shoe, Orthotics, to alleviate my foot pain and have me walk correctly while healing. Dr Danial also recommend an over the counter Topical Pain Cream for my foot. Thank You Dr Danial.

Doctor was nice and office was clean. The staff also called to remind me of my appointment. However, It took more than an hour to be seen, which then only took about 10 minutes with the doctor.

I arrived almost 15 min early. There were a few additional forms for me to fill out which was fine. After about 20 min the receptionist asked for my payment and I was thrown off as it was more than typical specialty doctor fees but I let it go. She comes back 10 min later and asks for my id and insurance card. Then says I'm sorry, I voided the first charge as your insurance wasn't up-to-date. I filled in my insurance info on the app and took a photo of the card. I wasn't seen until almost 40 min after my appointment time. Dr. Danial was great. She listened to my concerns, promptly addressed the issue and didn't waste my time!
