Elena and the team at Meadow Reproductive are incredible. I went in for an IUD insertion and had a few concerns about pain management and PMDD. Elena went above and beyond: she talked to me on the phone a week before my appointment to clarify my pain management options (which included nitrous oxide, Valium, a paracervical block, and IV sedation; she'd even done her own research on PMDD and IUDs ahead of the appointment; at the appointment, she clarified my options again (I initially chose the cervical block and the Valium, but ended up also accepting the nitrous oxide when there was a complication during the insertion); and her team was incredibly kind and patient throughout the process. Elena even gave me a referral immediately so I could get my complication checked out. The team gave me all the time I needed to recover after the insertion, and even gave me cookies and brownies! I could not recommend her enough!
