She was really good. I've never seen a psychiatrist before so I was very nervous going in but she immediately put me at ease. She really took the time and very patiently answered the million questions I had. I will definitely see her again.

I've been seeing Dr. Anto for over a year and she's terrific. She's kind, compassionate and very thorough. Another plus is that I've had to contact her between sessions a few times and she's very responsive.

Welcome! I am a board certified psychiatrist and offer both medication management and psychotherapy. I graduated from the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University and completed my psychiatry training at NYU. I have extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, personality and trauma related disorders.
New clients: An initial visit lasts 75-90 minutes. After booking I will call you to briefly discuss your concerns and confirm your appointment. Please note that I am an out of network provider for insurance plans and I am happy to provide receipts if your insurance plan offers reimbursement for your visits.
I enjoy working with people with a wide variety of problems from all backgrounds and have a special clinical interest in treating young adults and individuals struggling with interpersonal issues, major life changes, work problems and identity issues involving race and ethnicity.
My style is practical, warm and nonjudgmental. My treatment approach is based on current medical evidence and I'm able to offer an unbiased recommendation as I don't have any relationships with pharmaceutical companies. After careful assessment I'll recommend a treatment plan that may consist of medication, therapy or both. We'll work together to decrease symptoms, increase self-awareness and build resilience so that you're empowered to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
