During your initial session with Dr. Rempel of Improve Life PLLC, you can expect a thorough and compassionate evaluation focused on understanding your current concerns, past history, and goals for care. She takes a structured yet flexible approach, reviewing symptoms, medical and psychiatric background, lifestyle factors, and past treatment responses. Dr. Rempel collaborates with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication management, therapy referrals, lifestyle modifications, or supportive strategies. She prioritizes open communication and regularly reviews progress to ensure treatment remains aligned with your evolving needs. Follow-up sessions focus on monitoring symptom changes, discussing side effects, and adjusting the treatment plan as necessary. Dr. Rempel does not currently offer talk therapy but works closely with therapists and encourages integrated care.

More information on payments and coverage

Patients must have a credit card on file to hold a place on the calendar. To cover overhead and to make sure the patient is serious about attending their appointment, there is a non-refundable $50 fee. This is for ALL patients not just ZocDoc patients. Your card will be charged 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show, the payment covers your no show fee. We have to pay our staff for their time, whether or not you attend your appointment. It is therefore highly recommended you complete your paperwork by the deadline and set reminders to not miss your appointment. After your appointment, we will send you a receipt to send to your insurance called a super bill. Your insurance may reimburse you for your appointment. You can apply for our financial aid or join our established office visit program to receive discounts on future appointments. Thank you.
