    Great and kind staff, everyone is super helpful and prompt!
    Today was an awful experience. I booked a self-pay appointment because I don’t have insurance and called in advance to confirm the cost. Over the phone, I asked about payment plans and was told they offered one. When I arrived, they suddenly claimed no payment plans were available. I was told it would cost an exuberant amount upfront and not even half of the upfront cost for each follow-up—an outrageous amount for a simple prescription refill. I specifically asked about payment plans over the phone and was told they offered one. I stepped aside to figure out how to pay but couldn’t. Overwhelmed with frustration and anxiety, I couldn’t help but cry. The receptionist apologized but said I’d be marked as a “no-call, no-show” (which wasn’t true) and charged a huge fee! I called, I showed up, and now I’m penalized for their misinformation and greed. Charging desperate patients for this is cruel and unacceptable—especially at a mental health clinic. Shame on them!
