I met with Jennifer and she has been wonderful! I've had 3 other doctors misdiagnose me with seb derm, and she's been the first person to not just immediately diagnose but do blood work and a biopsy to see what's really going on.

Have to deal with insurance coverage later even though I was been told the procedure would be covered before the appointment. I was planning to call insurance and clinic to discuss the bill but they charged my credit card from their system without authorization.

The physician assistant was rushing me all the time. I barely had time to ask questions, and the ones I asked were answered without further context or explanation. They definitely didn’t want to take more than 10 minutes seeing me, so she wasn’t eager to listen to my concerns / questions.
I wouldn’t recommend this medical practice if you have concerns or would like to have questions answered in a deeper way with more context. Or if you would like to be listened!

The office is nice, and wait times are short. Knowledgeable medical professionals, my only suggestion for anyone who is first in the office is to make sure to bring all the information to the office because Zocdoc might not make it available in timely manner

Jen the PA at Marmur Medical was great. Jen took the time to hear out all of my issues and was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions with ease. Provided treatment right away. The office is very pretty boutique style. I had a very positive experience at Marmur Medical and would definitely recommend seeking dermatological treatment there.
