It always surprises me to hear another dietitian reference the book "Let's Eat Right To Keep Fit" by Adele Davis as their prime motivator to pursue the field of nutrition, as it did me. From there, a series of opportunities afforded me several degrees in nutrition and experience in all spheres of the science, from clinical inpatient to public health program development.
