I am passionate about helping patients determine their personal health priorities, identifying appropriate wellness goals, and taking the initial steps required to achieve the outcomes they desire. I strive to equip individuals with the tools they need to make informed health decisions. I also focus on helping my patients implement small, achievable changes that will increase overall well-being, improve mental health, and help manage chronic conditions. I find joy in empowering patients to believe that change is possible and that they are stronger than they know, and wellness can be attained. I go by Rose and use she/her/hers pronouns. To stay healthy and happy, I like to be outside exploring nature and participating in my local community. I also enjoy experimenting with new recipes, crawling through antique shops, and shopping with my sisters. I am passionate about the arts, music, and theater. My happy place is hiking to a waterfall or attending a theater production. I completed my education at Vanderbilt University and my FNP Residency at Holyoke Health Center. I am board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). My areas of expertise include nutrition, diabetes management, and women's health. I also speak Italian.
