I am proficient in Psychiatric Assessments, including diagnoses to manage many psychiatric conditions. These types of conditions include Major Depressive Disorders, Treatment Resistant Depressive Disorders, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, and Eating Disorders, along with Obsessive Compulsive Disorders. I am especially proficient in the treatment of patients with all of these disorders, and Attention Deficit Disorder, inattentive, and hyperactive. I include Psychoeducation and medication management, which includes prescribing pharmaceutical medication and supplements for each disorder. I am licensed to provide treatment to Adults 18 to 85. I am skilled in providing psychotherapeutic modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Psychodynamic Therapy. Humanistic Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also may incorporate Mindfulness practices with Cognitive techniques to address negative thought patterns and to assist my patients with emotional regulation and stabilization of mood and thought patterns. I am willing to support each client to ensure they feel safe and secure in our therapeutic process we choose together. I am most comfortable with the treatment of individuals with have Major Depressive Disorder, ADHD, Eating Disorders, PTSD, and OCD. I create a calm, soft, safe environment with the beauty of nature and colors that are soft to the eye. If the client wishes to have a supportive non non-judgmental Practitioner to work with, I am the one. I am encouraging, positive, and kind, encouraging optimal health and wellbeing for all individuals who are in treatment with me. I am an excellent listener.
