Doesn’t know anything outside of a textbook. Went because I’m sick with excess mucus and clear signs of bacterial infection. Her only concern was if I had gotten a vaccine. Was ready to dismiss me without trying to resolve any issues I addressed. I even had to make suggestions for her. Inexperienced doctors like these don’t need patients that live an everyday life with real life issues. Be a pediatrician

Dr. Bourgeois was so patient and helpful, taking her time and making sure my questions and concerns were addressed. It's sad that this is so rare in our healthcare system, but it was genuinely a breath of fresh air to be treated with that level of consideration. Will be back!

The doctor was ok but after I finished the appointment she and she upstairs admin people mocked me for changing from an annual checkup to a sick checkup and back. My work has changed insurance providers and I wanted to make sure I was getting the help I needed and that exams were covered by my insurance. I was having some symptoms which is the reason I was there. Everybody there is rude, fake and not really understanding at all. I don’t think any of them should work on the medical field. Avoid this doctor and this office!

Emilie is great. Communicated very clearly. Saw me quickly. Gave me helpful recommendations. Took my concerns seriously. Very professional. Also, the woman who took my blood was great - super quick. The receptionist was not very warm but that wouldn’t deter me from going back.

The front staff was very kind and Dr. Bourgeois was thorough, clear with each step, and felt very easy to talk to. I’m happy to finally have found a primary care doctor I feel comfortable visiting consistently!

I’ve been searching for a new PCP and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Emilie- I’m pretty forgetful when it comes to leaving reviews but wanted to hop on and add one right away before I forgot because I was really appreciative of the staffs attentiveness and communication, and I plan on returning for any other primary care needs in the future.

was surprised that i had to contact my insurance and change my pcp in order to processs apt i had to switch it back as i had no idea front desk was not quite welcoming :(
