This was my first time using Zocdoc. I was very pleased that the NP was available on Christmas Eve. I had severe congestion and sinusitis. OTC meds were not working and I was miserable. I logged onto Zocdoc and was able to get an appointment that morning. The NP was kind and listened to my issue. She prescribed an antibiotic and sent my RX in within minutes of exiting the call.
