“The staff was so friendly and I had virtually no wait time (I had an AM appointment). I did complete the pre-appointment checklist for the most part, which I think expedited my check-in, but I was taken back within 5 minutes of arriving, and seen by the doctor within 15.
Dr. Rubenstein was very good at communicating her knowledge and took the time to explain how the medication I’d be taking worked, which my previous Derm did not do at all.
I also want to call out a small but important thing I noticed: as I was being checked in, several patients were checking out, and every single one asked to schedule their annual skin checks. Having recently lost a friend to melanoma, I hugely respect any Derm office that obviously makes it known how important those checks are. ”

Had a great experience here. The nurse and doctor were both great!! My only note is I booked a later time on Zoc Doc which wasn’t actually available (it was after their closing hours). I’m not sure why that time was available but I rebooked with the office.
