I saw numerous doctors for a serious condition which no one else could diagnose before seeing Dr. Gilles. She listened, was thoughtful and perceptive, and thoroughly tested me in order to find an accurate diagnosis. She was smarter and morethorough than any other doctor I had seen. I had been seriously ill for 8 straight months prior to seeing her, and mildly ill prior to that. Other doctors wrote off my symptoms as a bacterial infection or some form of fatigue (and prescribed antibiotics, which turned out to make my actual diagnosis worse!), but didn't really listen or trust my voice, or consider the persistent and progressive nature of the symptoms Dr. Gilles was the opposite of every other doctor. Thanks to her care, persistence, thoroughness and perception, I have now been 8 months without any symptoms, and living a more alive, energetic and healthy life than I've lived in years - I can actually exercise again, and have the energy and mental clarity to be my creative self again. Dr. Gilles gave me my life back, when other doctors wouldn't even listen. I highly recommend Dr. Gilles; you will not do better.

Dr. Gilles and her staff were professional, knowledgable, friendly and attentive in listening to my concerns. Dr. Gilles listened, asked questions beyond the scope of her own specialty, made me feel comfortable, ruled a few things out andordered tests that I was able to take on the spot. The next morning, Dr. Gilles called me personally to discuss my test results and offer suggestions. I would highly recommend this Nephrologist at the Crystal Run facility.
