About Dr. Enensaauas Rastrygina
Dr. Enensaauas Rastrygina is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist. She holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and is board certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Dr. Enensaa (pronounced en-EN-SE-ya) moved to NY from Russia in 2005. She graduated from the world-renowned Pacific College of Oriental Medicine from Classical Chinese Medicine program.
Some of her specialties include pediatric acupuncture, fertility acupuncture, weight loss acupuncture, pain acupuncture, autoimmune treatment, and massage therapy. She also helps people who are suffering from stress, anxiety, and depression.
Dr. Enensaa's continuing education includes CranioSacral Therapy I & II, and Somato-Emotional Release I from Upledger Institute; Esoteric Acupuncture with Dr. Mikio Sankey;

Dr. Enensaauas is an experienced and attentive medical professional. Her methods have been always effective in addressing whatever issues I had: back hernia pain, plantar fasciitis pain, uterine fibroids (my doctor was insisting on a surgery, after 8 months of acupuncture with Dr.Enensaauas they shrunk and surgery wasn’t needed any longer) .
She makes her patients feel welcome and supported.
I can not recommend her services enough.

I cannot praise Enensaauas Rastrygina enough. I started my visits due to pain in my ankle. After seeing a podiatrist and doing physical therapy my pain was not subsiding. After a series of accupuncture sessions I am now pain free and able to wear heels! Her sessions have also helped lower my blood pressure, has alleviated my migraines and I am now sleeping through the night. After each session not only do I feel amazing but I am relaxed. I have also brought my 9 year old son to help ease his growing pains and for his general well being. She is attentive and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to her beautiful center. I can assure you you will not be disappointed and will find yourself looking forward to each visit.

Enensaauas has changed my life. She is so knowledgeable on so many health concerns & holistic ways to tackle them. Since my regular visits started I have less stress, less knee pain & just feel overall lighter. I would recommend this practice for anyone with specific health concerns but also for those who are just looking for a reboot. Not just acupuncture but full body, mind & soul healing.

I've had a few acupuncturists and cannot picture myself without the healing knowledge, care and support of Enensaauas. I encourage you to visit her and meet with her. In all my visits she's addressed my issues as well as provide a wealth of knowledge in holistic health.
Her new office is AMAZING !! I am excited to have my own wellness center here in Midtown :)

There are not enough complimentary words to describe my on-going therapy sessions with Dr. E. Rastrygina. She has truly given me hope by not only helping me pick up the pieces in my life (mind, body and spirit), but has renewed my faith in the healing realm. Her attentiveness and genuine care in addition to her spot on expertise in acupuncture and CranioSacral therapy is phenomenal. She always goes the extra mile to make sure the right treatments are being taken. Dr. E.R. is a treasure, and I am extremely grateful for her.
