Dr. Nelson was incredibly responsive and professional! his bedside manner was outstanding and made my 96 year old dad feel comfortable and cared for. we are so grateful for his experience. About Eric G. Nelson, AuD, CCC-A
I’m Eric Nelson, a licensed audiologist in New York and New Jersey and the founder of Pinnacle Audiology. My background includes more than twelve years at Weill Cornell Medicine, where I served as Audiology Supervisor and worked with complex cases, multidisciplinary teams, and the next generation of audiology residents. I also hold national certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Pinnacle Audiology was created to offer hearing care that is accessible, flexible, and centered on each patient’s needs. I provide comprehensive hearing evaluations, advanced hearing aid fittings and programming, and ongoing follow-up care. Appointments are available in my Midtown Manhattan office as well as through concierge home visits throughout New York City and New Jersey.
Patients often describe my style as clear, supportive, and honest. I focus on making the process understandable and comfortable, and I take pride in delivering care that feels personal and thoughtful. I’m grateful that many of my patients consider me one of the top audiologists in New York, and I work every day to live up to that trust.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Dr Eric Nelson took the time to throughly explain all of my results and provided of personalized, unbiased recommendations based on my needs. He didnt give me the sales pitch that alot of other audiologists have given me in the past. I'll be sending a few friends and family his way! Great experience at Pinnacle Audiology.
