Drs Tsu and Yu are very knowledgeable, and compassionate. They listened to my needs and made a specific treatment plan that was tailored to my needs.
I’ve gotten significant relief not only for my sciatic pain and elbow pain but also my insomnia.
I always leave there feeling calm and rejuvenated.
Whether you are new to acupuncture like me or a seasoned veteran, you won’t be disappointed by going to ReBalance acupuncture. It’s an exceptional experience!

Dr. Erica is wonderful! I’ve been suffering from chronic back pain but after only 2 appointments with Dr. Erica, I already feel so much better! I am excited to continue my acupuncture journey with Dr. Erica and feel better both physically and mentally.

Acupuncture with Dr. Erica Hsu has been a savior for my health and wellness. I travel over 45 minutes weekly to get treatments because they have been so beneficial to me. My long term health issues are always treated as well as anything else that pops up that week. Physical pain I have dealt with my entire life & was put on prescription medication for, seen other Dr.s who did nothing but tell me to get tests done with no solutions after- are consistently managed through acupuncture to the point where I am no longer on prescription medication and the pain has all but disappeared. No other Dr. has been able to help me the way Erica has.
The care and attention provided is unmatched. Erica remembers everything going on with me from the prior sessions and checks in on my progress every time. I feel like a patient who is really cared for, not just someone rotating through the door.
I can not recommend this Dr. enough, whatever you may be going through mentally or physically.

They asked thorough questions to understand my health needs and explained their recommended approach and explained each step of the procedure. Dr. Hsu has been a lifeline for me and my mom this past year after losing my dad to cancer. We have been under extreme stress from grieving (my parents were married for 54 years) and we have both been seeing Dr. Hsu for weekly acupuncture sessions where she uses special points for grieving, stress and to improve the immune system. I always feel relaxed and revived like a new person when I leave. She also gives me cupping for my back pain and uses ear seeds for reflexology. She has a calming bedside manner and a very soothing voice and personality. Dr Hsu’s office is modern and beautiful and her assistant Stephen is very helpful and efficient with scheduling appointments to be respectful of your time. I have been a Doctor of Chiropractic for 20+ years and I highly recommend Dr. Hsu to all my patients.

dr hsu was incredible. looking forward to next appointment already. she makes you feel comfortable and understood. only downside was that zocdoc showed my insurance would work and I ended up paying out of pocket but I think that’s more of an issue with insurance/zocdoc. dr hsu and the treatment were both great:)

Dr. Hsu has the best combination in a doctor - excellent medicine and skill and amazing bedside manner. I’d never done acupuncture before and honestly was a bit skeptical but you can see results immediately! She’s treated me from insect bites that wouldn’t go away and regular medicine could help to things like stress that I didn’t even know I had that bad. Every session I come out feeling healed and rejuvenated. Thank you Dr. Hsu!!

I’ve been going to Erica now for over a year to help promote egg quality/successful IVF transfer, and at this stage, to enhance my pregnancy experience. I cannot stress how amazing this woman has been to me throughout my fertility journey. She is very knowledgeable in the field of acupuncture and herbs and her bedside manner separates her from the rest. She has a warm, friendly aura that makes you feel so comfortable in her care. She listens attentively to my weekly reports and has treated morning sickness, eczema, round ligament pain, SI joint pain, and assisted in turning my baby from breech to optimal position. I’m convinced she is the reason that my pregnancy has gone as smoothly as it has. I’m so happy to have crossed paths with her and look forward to my appointments each week!
