I would not recommend Erica to anyone who wants the bare minimum. She was late to all my appointments so far and she said I was a no show after she called over an hour late to my appointment and I didn't pick up.
They also cancelled a my prescription refill without telling me so I don't even get basic communication with this provider.
Patients are considered no shows if they show up more than 15 minutes so she should hold herself to the same standard they expect of patients.

Dr. Malloy is Great! She listens, asks very good questions, provides honest feedback and actually helps! She creates a safe space, a space free of judgment and very comfortable. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Malloy’s for over 3 years now and our sessions never fail to deliver her honesty and insight. What really helps is her openness. On many occasions she has shared her own personal experiences that relate to our discussions which adds another layer of care and understanding which I’ve only found with her. I found a doctor that consistently provides quality insight to the conversations that we have!

Erica is now 1 hour late.
I can no longer wait for her. If I had known I would have booked someone else. There are over 1000 providers to choose from. Will be saving this text thread as proof of her no show and attaching it To a review in zocdoc as well.
I will NOT be paying a copay either!!

I received two link before my appointment and she wasn’t there. My appointment was at 7pm and she didn’t call me until 9pm. I cancelled my appointment by 8pm. There communication is terrible and the 2 hour wait didn’t make the experience any better.
