I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in behavioral health nursing. I earned my Master's in Nursing from Walden University. I firmly believe that mental health is just as important as physical health and deserves the same quality of support.
My approach
My passion lies in offering hope to individuals in all stages of life. I specialize in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and provide individual psychotherapy alongside psychotropic medication management support.
My focus
My areas of expertise include mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, personality disorders, women's mental health, geriatric psychiatry (Geri-psych), and addiction medicine.

My first session with you
To ensure a productive first visit, please complete your intake form in advance. During our initial appointment, we will conduct a full mental health assessment and evaluation. There will be many questions, especially about your medical and mental health history. After completing your evaluation, we will discuss a treatment plan tailored to your needs to help you start feeling better as soon as possible.
