“Honestly, I've tried acupuncture in the past but never felt it made much of a difference. However, after MONTHS of doing physio with no obvious improvement to the excruciating pain that I had in my thumb/wrist related to DeQuervain's tenosynovitis, my friend suggested that I try acupuncture one more time but to go and see Dr. Lee specifically and I am SO glad that I did! Not only was Dr. Lee very professional, patient and kind, most importantly, she is just REALLY GOOD at what she does. The pain and swelling seemed to disappear in just a few sessions which I could not believe (since I was doing physio for so long with no improvement whatsoever). It feels amazing to be able to do basic activities again (like typing on my laptop or cell phone, picking up my baby, etc) but without any of the pain! Thank you Dr. Lee!”

Honestly, I've tried acupuncture in the past but never felt it made much of a difference. I wanted to wait to see how I felt after my treatments that I have been getting for a few months. I am an avid marathon runner and recently started having lower back issues near the lumbar area. I went to see Dr. Lee and received 5-6 treatments. I really thought that acupuncture would not really do anything but this is the first time in a year that I am able to bend over and stand without holding on to something. My lower back was so tense from years of aggressive running and since Dr. Lee has done her treatments it feels so much better and looser around the area. I've been to a few other acupuncture doctors but no one is as gentle as Dr. Lee. Her energy and gentle approach really makes you feel at ease.
I've been seeing Dr. Lee for a few months now working on my sleep issues, digestion and allergies, and all have improved immensely. I love that she does so many different things like the acupuncture, cupping, massage and tuning forks, and she also had me doing herbs at home in between sessions. You can tell she really cares about her patients and even spends extra time to make sure you get the care you need. I never feel rushed and always walk out feeling relaxed and pampered.
I went to see Dr. Lee about my migraines. After a sit-down going through my medical history, she really took the time to understand my health issues. Then I swear when she placed some of the needles in my leg, I felt a tiny jolt or tingle like those pathways led right to my problem areas. Her knowledge of the body and pressure points is amazing! I always have these tender/sore spots behind my ears down the sides of my neck, and when it gets too tense it leads to a migraine. After just my first treatment, I was feeling/prodding my neck and couldn't believe the pain was completely gone. She is great and you will feel differences immediately!
Dr. Erin Lee has been treating me for severe arthritic pain as an alternative to surgery. When I first started with her 3 weeks ago my pain level was off the charts. She has managed to bring my pain level down considerably. She is also working on other health issues, with effective results. Dr. Lee is extremely professional and thorough. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. She is also thorough in her explanation of what and why, she is doing something. She works on your all round well being as well as the realigning of blood flow and energies. She is working on cleansing my system with herbal remedies. I have really being enjoying my sessions with Dr. Lee. I leave each session feeling rejuvenated, calmer and relatively pain free. Each appointment is on average 90 minutes long. So I never feel rushed or pressured by another waiting appointment. She is always smiling and genuine in her concern on how she can better your well being. I am planning on keeping her as part of my medical health care. I'm glad to have other options other than pills and surgeries. I am hoping with the combination of eastern and western medicine, I will definitely have more options for my future. An overall excellent positive experience.
This was an extraordinary experience. Unlike other acu sessions I have had in the past 5 years. In addition to acu, Dr. Erin performed muscular testing to help my knee pain as well as tuning forks to amplify the effects of acupuncture addressing my anxiety. I am also needle phobic and she was so sensitive and amazingly gentle in her needling skills.
Dr. Lee has been treating me for wrist and forearm pain related to busy work season which consisted of 70-90 hour weeks. Her patient care manner and skillset have exceeded my expectations. She continually solicits your feedback to adapt and personalize your treatment plan. For example she incorporated cupping therapy after she observed how tense my shoulders and neck were. I had grown so used to the discomfort that I ignored the pain. Overall, I highly recommend her services. I have experienced vast improvement and pain relief starting after just my first session.
Dr. Lee is an extremely caring, skilled, and detail-oriented practitioner. She does her best to gain a comprehensive understanding of her patients' physical and mental condition, so she can administer holistic treatments. Eastern medicine may be new to some patients, and Dr. Lee does a great job at explaining various types of treatments - how they work to treat your conditions, why they're used, etc. Dr. Lee is attentive throughout the treatment sessions and makes you feel comfortable with the process. She is committed to restoring your mental and physical health by methodically targeting chronic and immediate ailments for maximum effect. You can feel a noticeable difference with each treatment. I will definitely be back. The office, conveniently located right next to the subway, is very clean with a zen-like aesthetic to enhance the calming and healing experience.
