About Erin Mckenzie
Erin McKenzie, MSN, FNP-C began her career as an RN in a pediatric hospital after getting her Associate’s from Stark State College. She spent most of her time as an RN in adolescent care. She then went on to complete her Bachelor’s from Ohio University, followed by her Master’s from Walsh University to become a nurse practitioner.
As a nurse practitioner, Erin has worked in women’s/reproductive health, urgent care, and gastroenterology. She has always had an interest in utilizing natural, homeopathic, and alternative medicine with traditional modern medicine to get the best of both. Erin believes her role is to partner with patients and educate on ways to achieve their health and wellness goals.
Outside of work, Erin has a passion for the arts and nature. In her free time, she likes to go to concerts, paint, play her violin, hike, camp, go to the beach, garden, and spend time with friends, family, and her partner. He has fostered a love of adventure and travel in her, which they do as often as possible. Prior to joining OnePeak Medical, Erin lived in Ohio and is looking forward to seeing more of the beauty Oregon has to offer.
