Esther is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, specializing in adolescent, adult, and family mental health. Her extensive training and experience working with mental health disorders in various settings enable her to provide clients with holistic, comprehensive, and compassionate care. She has worked as a Psychiatry Registered Nurse in inpatient hospitals and has over 11 years of clinical nursing experience, including skills in psychiatric emergencies in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as via telehealth services. Esther is passionate about providing quality, compassionate care for adolescents 13 years and older adults. She possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by a natural ability to build rapport with clients and families. We encourage our clients to be comfortable and trust the process. We want to be a part of your journey.
Esther considers herself well-versed in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and chronic mental illness through psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapeutic intervention for adult and adolescent clients. She incorporates holistic mindfulness and creates a comprehensive, individualized plan of care tailored to each client. She specializes in medication management, formulating personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ diagnoses. Medications are prescribed only if necessary. She highly encourages and promotes lifestyle modifications such as healthy living, nutritious diets, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, and recommends psychotherapy.

- WE HAVE A NO-SHOW AND CANCELATION FEE of ****$100****
- We treat ADHD and prescribe Stimulants and non- stimulants for ADHD
- We do prescribe Control substance such as Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin, Concerta if necessary etc.
- No insurance, No problem! We accept self pay option for Psych Evaluations , follow up visit & medication managements.
- We do not evaluate clients seeking Disability paperwork for short term or longterm disability.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our psychiatric evaluation process begins with an hour-long initial appointment during which our Mental Health Provider will gain detailed information about a person's symptoms, behaviors, medical history, substance use, and mental health history, including any previous diagnoses. Our team will inquire as to how these factors may be impacting the patient's day-to-day life, school or work performance, and relationships. Lab tests, including blood work, may be ordered to determine if any underlying issues could be contributing to or mimicking mental health disorder symptoms. Once the comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is complete, Our provider will render a diagnosis and determine whether individual counseling, behavioral intervention, medications, or other modalities are recommended for treatment.

For self pay clients, $370 for initial evaluation and $170 for ongoing sessions. we will need a credit card payment on file on headway to process all sessions after each visit.

My visit with Nurse Aruna was absolutely wonderful. She was able to see me (a new patient) the same day. This was perfect for me because I was really struggling and had been over the holidays. Nurse Aruna was very thorough in the initial visit. She listened intently and without judgement. Her empathy and insights were just what I needed in that moment. She was also able to refill my meds! I am looking forward to our next meeting.
