My target client population is young adults, adults, and older adults who are 16 and up. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, anger management, and mood regulation issues. Central to my practice is my unwavering commitment to client-centered care rooted in empathy and non-judgmental support. I firmly believe in the significance of the patient-provider relationship. I ensure clients feel heard and foster warm and approachable interactions. My extensive experience in the healthcare field led me to study more and specialize in mental health care, as it is complex and highly influential. Everyone, at some point in their lifetime, goes through some kind of mental health challenge. Understanding the types of mental health challenges and providing support to my clients has always brightened my day. I believe in working as a team. I empower my clients and validate their input in their mental health treatment so that they feel validated, heard, and supported. Taking the first step to seek mental health care can be challenging. I have witnessed that finding the right mental health provider can play a significant role in addressing our mental health, as well as in allowing us to be productive and function better.
