Dr. Eugene Gorski, MD

Family Physician
102 Banks Ave, Sugarloaf, PA
Philosophy of care I have a passion for medicine and for caring for people. The greatest gift I receive as a provider is the trust my patients place in me. I believe that better health is achieved by meeting in the middle. I cannot help people get better if they don't participate in their own care by following a better diet, getting more exercise, and reducing their stress. Good health is a choice. Education and training I earned my Bachelor's degree from Wilkes University and my Doctor of Medicine from Drexel University. I completed my residency in Family Medicine at Wyoming Valley Health Care. Community involvement My wife and I are very active in the Sugarloaf Fire Co., working various events and helping with their fundraising projects. Over the past several years, I have been writing and recording my own music in a studio in my home. I have produced three albums that I've sold to benefit charities. The most recent album, titled *Who Am I?*, is available at my office and online through iTunes, Google, Amazon, and streaming outlets such as Spotify and Rdio. Sales support Helping Hands, a charitable group benefiting children in Hazleton. Personal interests I enjoy making music in my free time. I play guitar and harmonica and am an electronic musician, producer, mixer, and mastering engineer in my home studio. I also play harmonica in a band called Acoustic Voodoo, where we perform covers and some original music.
