Dr. Gaines is great and the office staff is courteous BUT making an appointment is impossible… the phone system is terrible and drops your call as soon as you are put on hold.
I used the Zocdoc portal to finally make an appointment and it did not register with the office staff who were surprised when I arrived for my visit… however they were very kind and fit me in so I could see the doctor!

Went to Dr. Gaines for my daughter who fractured her wrist. Everyone was nice and friendly. Dr. Gaines has great bed side manner and made the experience great for my daughter and made her comfortable and even made us laugh.

The front office staff were very helpful and nice. I was first seen by a young female physician (forgot her name) that seems very knowledgeable and caring. She's very personable and answered all of my questions. Then doctor Gaines came in and he's also very caring and attentive. I can tell that he is juggling many patients, but he gives his undivided attention. I saw doctor Gaines briefly interact with other patients and he was very informative & caring toward them.

Great doctor, beyond knowledgeable. Diagnosed my problem and felt better immediately upon leaving the office. So happy I found him on Zocdoc!

Very busy practice. Despite my appointment and having forms filled out in advance, I still had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen.
That being said, this practice does have everything you will need. Took X-Rays right there and there is a Physical Therapy section as well.
I was mainly treated by the PA, who had great bedside manner and explained what was going on. The doctor was extremely busy and just came to say hi and do a very quick check.
