Getting to know Evans Rochaste

So many people struggle with mental health issues but are afraid to seek help. Here’s the truth: there is no shame in finding the care you need. In fact, it’s one of the bravest things you can do. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and dual bachelor's degrees from The Pennsylvania State University and New England College, I specialize in medication management. I believe in a customized plan that integrates multiple modalities to treat the whole person, allowing individuals to experience the deep healing they need. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management that is specifically tailored to the individual client's needs, especially in treating conditions such as substance use disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, and more. Better mental health is a journey; we are here to guide you through the process. You can get help with medication management treatment from the comfort of your home through our secure telehealth system. Book an appointment with me today, and let's start you on your journey to be the hero of your story and to ReKlame your health.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner who specializes in medication management. I offer my patients telehealth visits via the HIPAA compliant website, Spruce. Looking forward to being part of your journey to mental wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After you book your appointment through Zocdoc, one of our Client Navigators will reach out via phone message to confirm with you about the next needed steps which include downloading our communication platform 'Spruce', filling out our intake package, and supplying your insurance information. During our first session, my goal is to get a good understanding of what brings you to treatment. I will have questions along the way to help me learn about you, your values, preferences, and what your current struggles are. From there, we will discuss treatment options based on my clinical experience. Together, we will weigh the risks and benefits of various treatments and develop a plan that best suits your individual needs. I take a warm, personable, holistic approach to psychiatry that blends evidence-based treatments to help you succeed in your journey to mental wellness.
