Welcome, and thank you for being here. I’m a Christian, Spanish-speaking, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner offering compassionate, faith-informed mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults ages 3 and up. I provide services across New York through a telehealth practice, BL3ND Tele Psych.
I believe mental health care should be inclusive, personalized, and rooted in respect. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric treatment with a deep understanding that emotional healing often involves the mind, body, and spirit. While I do not prescribe controlled substances, I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, non-controlled medication management, and supportive care tailored to your unique needs, background, and goals.
At BL3ND Tele Psych, I welcome patients from all walks of life — including those who are spiritual, secular, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, first-generation individuals, and anyone seeking thoughtful, culturally sensitive care. I provide psychiatric services in both English and Spanish, and I strive to create a safe, trauma-informed, and affirming space where your voice is heard and your healing is honored.
In addition to treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, and life transitions, I also offer formal psychiatric evaluations for immigration, disability, FMLA, workplace accommodations, and pre-surgical clearance. Whether you’re looking for ongoing care or a one-time evaluation, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, integrity, and clinical excellence.

I work with clients ages 3 and up, offering psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive care for anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders. I also provide evaluations and documentation (extra out of pocket fee for):

What is your typical process for working with clients?
My process begins with understanding your story. Our initial evaluation lasts 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive assessment of your mental health history, symptoms, goals, and any past treatment experiences. This allows us to create a personalized treatment plan together, whether it involves medication management, supportive care, or both.
Follow-up appointments are 30 minutes, scheduled either bi-weekly or monthly depending on your needs and whether any medication adjustments are being made. If you're seeking documentation, such as for surgery clearance, disability, FMLA, or workplace accommodations. I will guide you through each step to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
***We also have a no-show fee and late cancellation fee (not cancelling within 24 hours of your booking) of $175 for all non-Medicaid patients ****
