Overall, it was a hassle free experience at a clean place with friendly staff. The manual paperwork was a lot though.

I made a 9:45 am appointment for my daughter who was feeling very poorly and had a fever. We arrived at 9:32 and got checked in. We left the urgent care a little after 11:20. Nearly close to two hours is way too long to wait with a child who was feverish and felt terrible. The staff did not give her medication because she had not eaten. She was crying upset because she felt so poorly, and no one offered her a snack so she could get some medication started to bring her fever down while we waited. I was never updated about the lengthy wait by any of the urgent care staff. No one apologized for the wait time. I went to check on the status of when my daughter would be seen by a provider and the staff seemed irritated I asked. Pretty disappointed in our overall experience here today.

I booked an appointment online and completed the forms available. When I arrived, there were additional forms not available in line to be completed and it appears to forms I signed online do not go through requiring a second set to be signed. We waited longer than I had expected given I had an appointment. There were 4-5 others waiting when I arrived and all were seen first. The doctor was thorough and did added tests to rule out additional issues. I felt like she really listened to my concerns.
For urgent needs with an emergency, I recommend this practice.

It was a quick in and out appointment. No testing was done. I was told it was a cold. However I have Flu A. And it was past the 48 hours to get the correct medicine.

Well, I booked the appointment, received a confirmation of the appointment; drove to the location and it was closed for Thanksgiving.
I was not upset it was closed for Thanksgiving, more that the online portal and all websites states it was OPEN. All other Urgent Cares updated their sites, you should look into updating yours. I will not go to your location because of this again.

The Doctor Who was seen me was very brief, almost as what I came in for was not serious and his eyes he prescribed me inflammatory medicine.
It’s a very quick and brief situation never asked me. How did I injured myself all you wanted to know was was it from work and it was not gonna fall through my insurance or work insurance .
Because of that I won’t be going back ever and I used to go, but never to him .

I don't feel like I was listened to. I went in for asthma problems due to a recent upper respiratory illness and all I was told was to go speak to my pulmonologist which I don't have. Only one of the 2 prescriptions I asked for were given. The one that wasn't is probably the most important being a rescue inhaler. Now I will end up going to yet another doctor visit just to get my inhaler. I also waited for 45 minutes in the room before being seen.
