Had an appointment, still waited 40 mins to be seen. Suspected strep, when we the med assistant finally came to swab fo strep, I had to ask that the swab be labeled prior to leaving the room. As a medical professional, I know this is the bare minimum in order to ensure specimens aren't mixed up so it was upsetting that I had to ask. I go there because it is what my insurance requires, but given the choice, I would go ANYWHERE else

Assistant and staff was good and prompt. The nurse practitioner took over an hour to come see and didn't do anything. I do not go to doctor if i do not need anything. After trying OTC, humidifier, vicks and everything i could find over the internet for past 5 days and with someone having the same symptoms taking antibiotics within the household i decided it is time to get expert care to break this fever of 5 days. She didn't do anything but told me to call her back after 2 days if it is still not gone. I am nt going to call her. If it is not neeeded why i am going to her just for chitchat n counseling? I have 3 kids and a pharmacist husband we know when to reach out and when to let it run its course. I was wearing abaya and I think she didn't take me seriously but thats what was my impression. I wish she had taken some action and the fever is better by now. Missing school again eith AP classes and staar test on her head.

Looooong and waiting forever! Kid missed 2 whole periods of school even though we went way before school hours. The only reply we get every time we ask was doctor is busy with other patient. How many patients did they book at same time? Felt very under staffed. They checked us in and left us in the room for hours!!
