I'm Fahimir Jean-Baptiste, an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I hold a Doctorate in Nursing Science from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Molloy University. My clinical journey has taken me through a variety of healthcare settings, including both inpatient and outpatient care, allowing me to support individuals across a wide range of mental health needs.
I work with patients experiencing major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management, always tailoring my approach to fit each person's unique needs. I take into account personal background, life circumstances, and any past stressors or traumatic experiences that may be shaping their current challenges.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. I approach each evaluation with patience, warmth, and compassion, offering clear explanations to help you feel comfortable and confident in your treatment journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I’m a dedicated healthcare professional committed to supporting your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I believe in building a collaborative relationship with each of my patients—one that empowers you to take an active role in your healthcare journey.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I provide psychiatric evaluations, supportive psychotherapy, medication management, and educational guidance to help you reach your best health. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
I conduct all sessions via Telehealth for your convenience. During our initial evaluation, which typically lasts about an hour, I take the time to thoroughly understand your history and identify the specific areas that need attention. Follow-up appointments are generally 30 minutes and include both medication management and supportive psychotherapy as needed

Adult Psychiatry and Therapy Appointments For new patients, an initial evaluation appointment is required upon booking. You will receive our intake forms via email, and it's important to complete these forms within 24 hours to confirm your appointment. You will also have access to telehealth visits with a psychiatric nurse practitioner, along with psychotherapy, counseling, and medication management. During your monthly video appointment, the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner will monitor your progress and adjust your medication as necessary.
Initial Evaluation/Follow-Up Appointment and Monthly Subscription: Initial Evaluation: A 60-minute session for $280.00 is available on the same day with our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners. This session includes supportive psychotherapy to discuss your feelings and medication management. Follow-Up Appointments: 30-minute sessions start at $165.00, available on the same day with our psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and include supportive psychotherapy sessions to address your feelings and medication management.

My first few appointments were fine, the last one has been a chaotic nightmare. They increased pricing without warning. I got a call from the office when my appointment was supposed to start, saying my card had declined. After speaking with the bank we discover they’ve *already* charged two debits, and it was actually the THIRD charge that was declined by the bank for fraud. They insist they haven’t processed any payments, but my account is several hundred short nonetheless.
Then I went to their site to confirm the pricing and saw they’re advertising 45 minute follow up sessions, including therapy. My last two visits have been 9 minute calls with no therapy. I was overcharged and didn’t even get the service being offered.
She also says you can call or text with any questions. They have not answered any of my calls or texts, and I’ve been waiting hours just for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy. I don’t know what’s changed but this experience was terrible.
