About Dr. Fayz Yar Khan
Board-certified internal medicine physician providing thorough, compassionate care for patients 17 years of age and older.
** We also accept self-pay patient** Please call our office with any questions, we would be glad to help. Dr. Yar Khan completed his Internal Medicine training at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, a major affiliate of the University of Illinois in Chicago, Illinois. He has over 13 years of experience in his field. We accept Medicare and most commercial insurance plans.
