The Dr. Is very likable. I didn't feel rushed. He diagnosed me on the spot after an in house X-ray and helped me by providing me a painless cortisone shot. Very happy with my visit.

Very clean office with friendly staff. I was a new patient so I was asked to come in a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork. After that I was seen within 15 minutes by the nursing staff to take vitals and discuss my concerns - she was very attentive. I was taken to Xray, which was quick and easy, with a friendly technician. Shortly after Dr. Romanelli and a Pa entered - introduced themselves and addressed my issues. I was very happy with the entire experience. Even the knee shot, which was not as uncomfortable as I was told it would be.

It was the most horrible experience. The office completely ignores Zocdoc appointments. They don't confirm appointments and don't pick up phone calls (I called 4-5 times, and each time was *routed* to a VM by a live person!). In my case, when I got to the office (at 5 p.m.), the entrance door was locked (!!) even though the office was open. They have zero consideration for the patient's time.
