Hello, I am a psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner in California with 5 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Azusa Pacific University. Life can be tough, and taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I enjoy helping put life into perspective. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, and PTSD. Using both medication and therapy approaches, I believe it is possible to bring balance to life. I provide medication management and will ensure we find a therapist who matches your needs if desired. When you are ready to discuss ways to become the best version of yourself, I’m here to help.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

After many failed mental health appointments, Fines was kind, intelligent, thoughtful and clear with her recommendations for my care. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who is incredibly knowledgeable about medication management. While it was a virtual visit, the care was up to par with an in office visit.
